Terms and Conditions

North Somerset Damp and Mould Solutions Ltd

Welcome to our Damp Survey and Damp Proofing services. By engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to protect both the service provider and the client. It is imperative that all parties understand their rights and responsibilities prior to the commencement of any survey.

Our damp surveys are conducted using industry-standard practices and equipment to ensure accurate assessments. However, we do not guarantee the total absence of dampness or related issues in your property. Clients should be aware that hidden damp-related problems may not be visible during the survey due to limitations such as access restrictions or structural barriers.

All findings and recommendations provided in the survey report are based on the conditions observed at the time of the inspection. We disclaim any responsibility for changes in the condition of the property that might occur thereafter, including but not limited to weather-related impacts or alterations made post-inspection.

In the event of disputes arising from the survey or subsequent damp proofing work, we encourage clients to first seek an amicable resolution with our team. Should this fail, parties may consider mediation before pursuing any legal action. It is understood that any legal proceedings must be initiated within a period of six months from the date of service completion.

By accessing our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand them thoroughly. Should you have any questions regarding the legal implications of our services, we advise consulting with a legal professional before proceeding.
